I love this man, more than life itself.  Every day, I become more grateful than the last that I am the lucky one married to him.  I could spout out a million reasons why I'm grateful for him...but this weekend, I'm thankful for him because he was willing to get out of bed to help me scoop out my fish since I get a lil nervous possibly touching him. Plus, I'm thankful that he understands that one weekend out of the month will be a little more emotional than normal. He's my best friend, my ever truest confidant and the one that makes my life the most happiest that its ever been.
With school starting tonight, it makes me a little bummed that I won't get to have him in the evenings, until June.  I have truly loved getting off of work and coming home to him.  I feel like I've been spoiled during this winter break.  Being married to him, is like having a sleepover every single night with your best friend and knowing that the fun will continue tomorrow, the next day and every day after that.

So a couple weeks ago, this happened....

I haven't had a chance to really blog about it, again.  My first post was a picture away from being posted, til I accidentally swiped it away and it all disappeared....forrrevvveerrr.  I was so heartbroken because it was all of my raw emotion from that special evening, and now I'll have to try blogging about it again. Man, I've got A LOT to blog about!

Well, I did blog on Jan 10, but I accidentally deleted it as I was uploading my last photo for that post. I was pissed and bummed!

Happy Birthday Sweetheart!!!

                          

Today is my sweetheart's birthday. We had a delightful evening downtown at The Melting Pot. It was all just so wonderful! Dinner was savory and delectable!! I seriously LOVE The Melting Pot! But one thing is for sure, I love Levi more than life itself. God placed in my path someone who is so perfect for me and my needs & wants. Levi is kind, gracious, patient, humble, smart, wise and giving. He makes my world a better place each and everyday. He is patient to no end....heaven knew I would need a man like that someday. I marvel at his patience to listen to me ramble about my work day everyday, to vent about little annoyances and wait while I take forever to shop, sometimes. I will never know how I got this lucky...but I will never cease to be grateful for him. Happy birthday sweetheart, I love you more than I can ever fully express.

And still sick....

This dang cold is kicking my trash. Work was pretty brutal today. I felt like every sneeze was going to blow down a cube wall. My coughing fits were the worst! They were the type of coughs that you'd usually want to do, at home, in bed. 

My sweet husband was kind enough to pick up more medicine for me. He's so tender at the right moments. He even picked up some necessities for next week, along with chocolates and other snacks I crave then. 

My heart wants to burst because he is  just sooooooooo good to me. I look forward to spending my Christmas alone with him....just some peace & quiet.

Sick/Sleep.

I felt so bad for Levi last night because I just need to cough all this funk out.
Sometimes, I feel so bad for Levi because I'm such a restless sleeper...and falling asleeper.  Seriously, I just can't lie still sometimes.  And A LOT of times, I take all the covers.  And maybe occasionally, I talk in my sleep.  
God bless this man for putting up with my terrible sleeping habits. I'm so thankful he'll always be my #mcm. (Man Crush Monday)

I'm so lucky, I know. Happy Monday! T-minus 3 days til Christmas.

Last weekend.

Last weekend was my work Christmas party. Luckily it was at a nearby hotel, so we booked a room. It was a very nice evening and fun to hang with the Hubs and some of my favorite people from work...basically Tina & Mamacita. The food was delicious and there was a photo booth!

They're just so much fun!! 

The next day we finally used our season passes to the San Diego Zoo. It was a lot of fun and A LOT of walking!!!!  

Last Sunday evening, we spent some time at Levi's sister's home with her family and their Dad. It was quite enjoyable. I like getting to know Levi's family and spending time with them.  All in all, it was a wonderful weekend.
